Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale hosts ViceVersa residency

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale announces the debut of ViceVersa, A Fort Lauderdale Residency – the first-ever residency from Miami’s James Beard–nominated aperitivo bar created by bartender Valentino Longo.

Currently ranked No. 56 on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2025, ViceVersa is known for its innovative approach to Italian aperitivo culture, reimagined with South Florida flair. The residency brings this distinctive experience to Fort Lauderdale until May 2026.

Set within the hotel’s lobby, the residency becomes the social heart of the property at a newly installed bar, which blends the elegance of Milan with contemporary Fort Lauderdale style. Guests are surrounded by eclectic Italian and American beats, intimate seating areas and cocktails crafted as works of art, with a DJ bringing added energy every Friday and Saturday. Longo himself will appear on select dates, while Rosy Villanova leads day-to-day operations as Head Bartender.

For the residency, Longo introduces Vacanza, a cocktail menu inspired by Italy’s beloved state of mind: vacation. Each drink captures a different facet of leisure, from vibrant spritzes to modern interpretations of spirit-forward classics. Highlights include the Martini Doppio, a bold take on a classic Gibson featuring Grey Goose or Bombay Sapphire with Americano Rosa, Tio Pepe and pickled onions; the ViceVersa Negroni, blending Bombay Sapphire with the bar’s signature Mi-To amaro for a bittersweet balance.
