The Peninsula London presents F&B lineup for Lunar New Year
The Peninsula London will present a curated F&B lineup of Lunar New Year celebrations, inspired by The Peninsula Hotel’s rich Asian heritage.
Canton Blue, the hotel’s signature Cantonese restaurant will mark the season with a festive à la carte selection alongside a new six-course set menu.
Offering refined interpretations of symbolic festive dishes, the menu features dim sum and seasonal appetisers, including prawn dumpling with white fungus; dumpling with pumpkin seafood sauce; barbecued Ibérico pork; and soy-sauce chicken.
Main course include steamed sea bass with ginger and shiitake mushroom; deep-fried lobster with salted egg sauce; stir-fried Wagyu beef with wild mushrooms; and homemade spinach noodles. To finish, chestnut cream and mandarin mousse offers a sweet finale symbolising luck and prosperity

At Little Blue Noodle Bar, there is a curated baijiu cocktail list. Inspired by the rich traditions of China’s iconic spirit, a fragrant and robust distilled liquor traditionally enjoyed during festive gatherings, each drink is associated with celebration, prosperity and joyful toasts.
The menu includes two cocktails crafted with Moutai Prince Gold, two with Bamboo Baijiu, and two with Yellow Wine, each thoughtfully named after famous travellers. Together they celebrate the spirit of adventure, exploration and cultural exchange that has shaped China’s drinking heritage.
