Tom Aikens headlines Bayou Michelin Culinary Masters at Anda Barut Collection in Türkiye

Tom Aikens will headline the inaugural Bayou Michelin Culinary Masters series at Anda Barut Collection in Türkiye this summer.

Created to offer guests a meaningful experience, where exceptional cuisine, personal connection and culture sit at the centre of the stay, the event focuses on private dining experiences, curated tasting menus, chef’s table concepts and exclusive workshops that come together to create a distinct culinary journey.

Aikens will lead the programme, showcasing his signature style of ingredient-led British cuisine, shaped by decades of experience at some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. The wider programme reflects Barut’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional food and drink experiences, showcasing innovative menus, premium local ingredients and world-class talent.

Later in the series, Grégoire Berger, the French chef based in Dubai, best known for his work at the underground fine-dining restaurant Ossiano at Atlantis The Palm, will showcase his style, which combines fine dining technique with highly visual, narrative-driven tasting menus inspired by the ocean.

Thomas Bühner also joins the lineup as one of Germany’s most celebrated chefs, renowned for earning three Michelin stars at his acclaimed restaurant La Vie in Osnabrück and for his innovative approach to fine dining. Bühner will come to Türkiye with his ‘three-dimensional aromatic cuisine’, championing exceptional ingredients, precision techniques and immersive dining experiences that have earned him worldwide recognition.

Next, Bruno Ménard is a French chef who has held three Michelin stars during his career, including at L’Osier in Tokyo. He is known for refined French haute cuisine with strong technical discipline and classical foundations. Ménard will arrive in September, bringing refined Mediterranean flavours and technical craftsmanship.

Closing the series, Italian chef Giorgio Diana will present a menu inspired by contemporary Italian cuisine, blending authentic flavours with modern flair. Diana was previously awarded one Michelin star for his culinary work at Les Cuisiniers restaurant in Munich, where his innovative fusion of modern European, French and Japanese cooking techniques was recognised.
