Brown’s Hotel to host inaugural Six Chefs’ Dinner

Brown’s Hotel will host its first-ever Six Chefs’ Dinner at modern European restaurant, Charlie’s.

The event will bring together six of the UK’s top culinary talents for a one-night-only multi-course menu.

The dinner is in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and will be led by Executive Chef Andrew Sawyer. Joining him are Michelin-starred chefs Andrew Wong, Tom Kitchin, Mitch and Ben Tonks, alongside Brown’s chefs Adam Byatt and Ross Sneddon.

The evening will begin with cocktails by mixologists Salvatore Calabrese and Federico Pavan, including the Bellini Colada and Highball 24.

Tom Kitchin will present Scottish-inspired canapés, followed by dim sum by Andrew Wong, seafood by Mitch and Ben Tonks, a venison main by Adam Byatt, and a dessert finale of fig tarte tatin and petit fours by Ross Sneddon.

Each course will be paired with wines selected by sommelier Wieteke Teppem, including Laurent-Perrier Heritage Brut, Gusbourne Estate Chardonnay, Barolo Boiolo 2019 and Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Hommage NV.

Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a live charity auction, featuring prizes such as a private dinner for 10 at The Seahorse and a luxury Highlands escape, with all proceeds going to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

“This inaugural Six Chefs’ Dinner will not only establish a new tradition for Brown’s, but also set the standard for a series of annual culinary milestones that marry creativity with purpose,” comments Richard Cooke, Cluster Managing Director at Brown’s Hotel. “This Six-Chef Dinner invites guests to be part of something extraordinary – witnessing a culinary first while helping support The Royal Marsden’s life-changing work.”

“Bringing this calibre of talent together in one kitchen is a rare and exciting opportunity,” says Sawyer. “It’s a night of collaboration and craft, but it’s also about doing something meaningful beyond the plate. We’re honoured to support The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and to use our skills in service of a greater cause.”
