Design meets gastronomy at Maison&Objet this September
This September, Maison&Objet’s Cook & Share sector will highlight the evolving relationship between design and gastronomy, showcasing the art of entertaining.
The event will explore the way functionality supports aesthetics. From tableware to gourmet gifts, cookware to decoration, the fair presents a curated selection of products that emphasise beauty, craftsmanship and innovation in culinary presentation.
Buyers will find inspiration from established brands and emerging talents, with a strong focus on creativity and quality. Fern&Co, a Turkish tableware company founded in 2017, for example, blends contemporary art with thematic storytelling, crafting limited-edition porcelain and melamine collections.
Belgian brand Denise, established in 2021, focuses on handcrafted ceramics, hand-blown glassware and linen textiles, celebrating the warmth and conviviality of gatherings. Meanwhile, Australian label House of Nunu, founded in Sydney in 2011, offers home décor designed to evoke memories through bold aesthetics, high-quality materials and a commitment to sustainability.
At the heart of the sector, the Gourmet space will showcase fine culinary craftsmanship, highlighting the artistry behind taste and hospitality. The selection will include handcrafted ceramics, specialist cutlery and gourmet creations.
Beyond the physical event, Maison&Objet extends its reach through MOM (Maison&Objet and More), a digital marketplace that allows professionals to source products and connect with suppliers year-round.
This year’s edition reflects the industry’s movement towards more cross-disciplinary collaborations, offering visitors insight into emerging trends. The fair will also run alongside Paris Design Week, expanding the scope of creative dialogue and innovation across multiple spaces in the city.
To embody the September edition, set under the theme of ‘renewal’, Maison&Objet has entrusted its artistic direction to Amélie Pichard, a trailblazing figure in both fashion and design.
Join Maison&Objet from 4-8 September 2025 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, and Paris Design Week from 4-13 September 2025.
