Raffles Hotels & Resorts teams up with Raf’s for a trio of summer residencies
Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced a summer collaboration with Raf’s, with a trio of limited-time residencies across Paris, Boston, and London scheduled across the season, offering the opportunity to experience one of New York’s most sought-after tables through the lens of Raffles’ famous hospitality.
Raf’s, a restaurant from sisters Jennifer and Nicole Vitagliano and Executive Chef Mary Attea in New York’s NoHo neighbourhood, embodies an Old World, café-society spirit that has quietly made it a gathering place for the city’s fashion and creative communities. Housed in a former bakery with wood-fired ovens dating back to the 1930s, Raf’s draws from Parisian and Italian influences while offering the warmth of a local dining room. Raf’s has built its reputation on atmosphere, familiarity and a distinctly New York sense of belonging, earning a loyal following among the city’s tastemakers. Its ability to bring past and present together through a contemporary lens aligns naturally with Raffles, a brand known for a highly personalised guest experience defined by heritage and modern sense of elegance.
Each Raf’s with Raffles residency will present a bespoke dining experience, where Raf’s signature Parisian café-meets-Italian dining approach coming together alongside the glamour of Raffles’ global portfolio. Menus will be tailored to each destination and served on custom tableware created in collaboration with Ginori 1735, alongside a curated selection of exclusive co-branded pieces, reflecting a shared commitment to style, craft and a well-set table.
Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris (23–25 June)
Coinciding with Paris Men’s Fashion Week, the series will debut at Le Bar Long within Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris. A meeting of Parisian polish and New York cool, guests can expect exclusive lunch and dinner menus featuring Raf’s signatures, such as leeks vinaigrette, Uovo in Purgatorio Amatriciana, and dry-aged cote de boeuf, in collaboration with the hotel’s culinary team.
Raffles Boston (15–17 July)
Bringing a taste of downtown Manhattan to New England’s summer season, Raf’s will take over the hotel’s Long Bar & Terrace for three evenings of dinner service. Dishes such as Whole Dorade and Iberico Pork Milanese will highlight the collaboration, while Raf’s beloved pastries and baked goods, such as a candied orange marcona almond croissant, will also be available at Café Pastel.
Raffles London at The OWO (18–19 September)
Arriving during London Fashion Week, the final residency will unfold as a four-hands collaboration with Chef Mauro Colagreco of Saison by Mauro Colagreco. Together, the chefs will present a menu that celebrates the best of both culinary identities – thoughtful, expressive and unmistakably global.
