Spotlight: Roma Bar Show 2026
Roma Bar Show is the place where the bar industry comes together to share ideas, build new relationships and turn opportunities into tangible projects. Year after year, the event has grown alongside the industry, becoming a leading reference point for the beverage world.
Hosted at La Nuvola, a convention centre in Rome, this year’s edition on 14-15 September offers even more content, experiences and networking opportunities. Producers, distributors, bartenders, entrepreneurs, buyers and hospitality professionals will gather in one place to discuss the trends reshaping the market and potential collaborations.
At the heart of the event is the value of connection, exemplified by the Buyers Programme, now in its second edition and developed in collaboration with ICE Agency and Fiere di Parma. Thanks to this initiative, Italian companies and international operators from key foreign markets are brought together, creating an ecosystem where networking translates into business relationships and new growth opportunities. These connections are further enhanced by a new app designed to facilitate matchmaking and schedule meetings in a simple and efficient way.
More than 200 exhibitors spanning major producers and smaller businesses are set to take part including Gruppo Montenegro, Velier, Doreca, Fratelli Branca Distillerie, Compagnia dei Caraibi, Brown-Forman, Pernod Ricard, Onesti Group, Coca-Cola HBC, Perrier, Orsini, Molinari and Pallini, as well as historic companies such as Luxardo, Nonino, Cocchi, Varnelli and Nardini.
Alongside new business, Roma Bar Show continues to promote a spirit of community that remains one of its defining characteristics. This is reflected in the Educational Programme, which features masterclasses, seminars and talks led by some of the most authoritative figures on the international scene, designed to inspire debate and encourage learning that supports the industry’s evolution. Among this year’s guests are Faye Chen, Bar Manager of Double Chicken Please in New York and Marco Corallo of Saikindō in Abu Dhabi.
The experience is completed by the Fuori Salone events, official parties and initiatives taking place throughout the city, providing valuable opportunities to meet, share experiences and strengthen a community that continues to flourish each year.
“Roma Bar Show is not only a place, but also an idea to be turned into reality,” explains Andrea Fofi, CEO of Roma Bar Show. “Where business meets people, where collaborations and opportunities create new possibilities for growth. Because the future of the bar industry is not built alone, but through dialogue, sharing and the ability to build meaningful connections.”
