Eighteen of the world’s most celebrated chefs convened at Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in May for the 10 Years Festival – The White Room Amsterdam, an evening of culinary creativity and collaboration that saw each dish presented on Fine2Dine’s White Dusk collection.

Chefs including Heinz Beck, Tanja Grandits, Benoît Carcenat and Peter Hagen plated over 7,000 dishes on Fine2Dine’s Asian-inspired, soft matte white
