Spotlight: Cygnet Infinity
Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins created Cygnet Infinity to meet her own need for an alcohol-free alternative that preserves the ritual and elegance of pouring a premium spirit before performances.
The botanical blend won Gold at The Spirits Business Global Low & No Masters shortly after its launch, demonstrating that mindful options can still offer complexity and quality.
Its ingredient list is distinctive, including lion’s mane for earthy depth, schisandra berry for complexity, Siberian ginseng, chrysanthemum, hibiscus, rosehip and manuka honey for smoothness. With under 20 calories per 60ml serve, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice or lightly mixed with soda.
Cygnet Infinity launched in M&S Foodhalls across the UK in December 2025 and is available in selected luxury venues such as Birley Group, Amazonico, Four Seasons and Gaucho.
Born from a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to shifting the paradigm in premium drinks, Cygnet has earned multiple awards for its gins – Cygnet 22, Cygnet 77 and Welsh Dry. Working closely with sixth-generation distillers, the brand creates spirits designed to be savoured, whether alcoholic or alcohol-free. With Infinity, Cygnet brings the same dedication to craft and quality to the non-alcoholic category, proving that luxury and sophistication don’t require alcohol.
