Costa Verde spotlights Terra, a tableware collection that embodies the synergy between artistic creativity and technical expertise.
Like a sculptural masterpiece shaped by the earth, Terra porcelain pieces embrace imperfection, featuring bold lines and organic profiles that reflect the raw beauty of nature.
Designed in collaboration with San Francisco-based engineer and sculptural designer Pere Gifre, who is renowned for his nature-inspired sculptures and fluid installations, Terra signifies a new chapter for Costa Verde.
Described as ‘a collection aiming to awaken the senses’, the series offers a tactile experience that aims to connect diners with nature, thanks to its various textures, which range from rough to satin, and gradients, which range from flat to steep. Each piece has been crafted with the goal of being unique and disruptive.
Recognised for its innovation and design, Terra has been honoured with the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2023. Supported by Dieter Koschina and Henrique Sá Pessoa, 2 Michelin stars’ awarded chefs, this collection aims to establish a strong position across luxury and fine dining markets.
Proudly based in Portugal, Costa Verde remains committed to producing porcelain that delivers both visual impact and sensory appeal. Beyond aesthetics, its creations prioritise functionality and economic rationality, ensuring each piece is designed to be experienced, and truly felt.
