The Rome Edition has collaborated with Hendrick’s Gin and The Circle in the creation of Botanical Alchemy, an aperitivo ritual that’s served in the hotel’s idyllic garden.

The menu features four exclusive cocktails crafted with Hendrick’s Gin. Its sleek, apothecary-inspired black bottle is instantly recognisable and here appears in four variations: Original, Oasium, Orbium and Grand Cabaret. Each cocktail is paired with botanical garnishes curated by The Circle, Europe’s largest aquaponic farm, which specialises in edible leaves and flowers grown with exceptional standards of sustainability and quality.

Gelsomino
Fruity and floral | Bellini style | Red shiso, green mizuna, basil flower
Hendrick’s Grand Cabaret, liquid sugar, lemon juice, white peach purée, sparkling wine
Pairing: Fish tartare with peach and celery

Bitter and sour | Martini style | Tatsoi, arugula, pimpernel
Hendrick’s Orbium, Italicus, caper berry brine, caper leaf
Pairing: Neapolitan ragù praline with Parmigiano Reggiano

Bitter and citrus | Negroni style | Red mizuna, sorrel, watercress

Poligala
Citrusy and fresh | Collins style | Lemon balm, mint, coral maize flour
