The Hoxton Dublin prepares slew of F&B venues including a nightclub

A series of distinctive F&B venues, including a nightclub will open within The Hoxton in Dublin, the latest opening for the open-house hotel brand from Ennismore.

At the heart of the property lies Cantina Valentina, a Peruvian-inspired restaurant that captures the flavour-packed spirit of Lima’s picanterías the city’s beloved family-run canteens. The space combines natural textures and handcrafted materials with a striking mural by artist Cadhla Forde, inspired by the rainbow mountains of the Andes.

The menu is vibrant and bold, featuring dishes such as the Lima Burger, classic ceviche, croquetas, marinated beef skewers, slow-cooked lamb and a whole grilled fish served with ají miso curry sauce. Behind the bar, the house spicy margarita and a rotating selection of five pisco sours sit alongside a curated list of South American wines.

Next door, Dollars brings a more laid-back rhythm. Opening early, it serves coffee, stacked deli sandwiches, soups, and salads through the afternoon, with an evening wine bar set to open soon. The stripped-back space features stainless steel, warm timber accents and a long bar that opens directly onto Exchequer Street.

Upstairs, The Library Bar retains all the charm of the original site, with open fires, timber panelling and vintage furniture, now complemented by a marble-topped bar and soft, ambient lighting. It’s a space made for simple pleasures: a toastie and a pint, a plate of oysters and a good glass of wine, or a conversation by the fire.

Hidden below street level, Groundwork is set to open early next year as The Hoxton’s first-ever nightclub. Continuing the building’s long-standing legacy of late-night culture, it promises an inclusive, high-energy addition to Dublin’s nightlife, created in close collaboration with local music talent to shape its evolving programme.
