Inhabit Hotels and Yeotown launch Winter Supper Club series

As the new year gets underway and attention naturally turns to healthier habits, wellness retreat brand Yeotown is bringing its restorative philosophy to London with the launch of a Winter Supper Club series in collaboration with Inhabit Hotels.

At Inhabit Queen’s Gardens in Bayswater, where Yeotown already operates a restaurant, the series will translate its plant-centric, wellbeing-led approach into an urban setting.

The supper club will be led by two leading wellness figures; psychotherapist Julia Samuel MBE and naturopath and wellness author Lucinda Miller.

Designed as a series of intimate, nourishing evenings, the events will combine seasonal, plant-forward dining with expert-led discussion around wellbeing, resilience and balance. Hosted within the calm, design-led space of Inhabit Hotels, the series reflects a growing appetite for community-driven experiences that support long-term health without intensity or burnout.

Running from January to March 2026, the programme includes:

Being Your Authentic Self with Julia Samuel

A reflective evening focused on authenticity, emotional strength and setting grounded intentions for the year ahead.

Gut Health with Lucinda Miller

A deep dive into digestive health, also serving as an introduction for guests interested in Yeotown’s Gut Health Reset Edit in Devon.

How to Lower Your Cortisol with Julia Samuel

Practical insights into stress reduction, nervous system regulation and restoring balance in everyday life. The series builds on Yeotown’s long-standing partnership with Inhabit Hotels, whose sustainability-first ethos and wellness-driven hospitality offering provide a natural home for these experiences. Together with this series they offer a gentle way to embrace the new year, centred around nourishment, connection, and conversation.
