Aulis Phuket is hosting a one-night-only four-hands dinner on Saturday 7 March.
Hosted by Aulis Phuket head chef Charlie Wilson and Michelin-starred and Green-starred chef Tan-Parkorn Kosiyabong of GOAT, it follows the success of the pair’s first collaboration, which took place in Bangkok back in August 2025.
Designed to showcase the very best of local ingredients, the two award-winning kitchens will create a collaborative multi-course tasting menu that blends refined technique, storytelling and produce-led cooking. There will also be an optional wine and drinks pairings curated by Arsen Brahaj, winner of the 2026 Michelin Guide Service Award in Thailand.
Set within Aulis Phuket at Iniala Beach House on Natai Beach, guests will be seated at the 15-seater chef’s table as each dish is prepared and presented – a rare opportunity to experience two award-winning teams cooking side by side.
Helmed by multi-award-winning chef Simon Rogan, Aulis Phuket, which was awarded one Michelin star less than a year after opening, is renowned for its immersive chef’s table and modern British cuisine.
Based in Bangkok, GOAT is celebrated for its Thai-Chinese culinary identity, blending Chinese flavours with European cooking techniques. Both restaurants share a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing, working closely with local farmers, fishers and artisan producers, while also growing some of their own produce.
