Designed by Studio Levien, the Isola collection has been revisited by Costa Verde to celebrate two decades in hospitality and fine-dining restaurants.
To mark the milestone, the range has been expanded with new pieces that reflect contemporary dining trends, particularly the growing popularity of tasting menus.

New additions include a large jug, two tasting bowls, two podiums and two pebble bowls; offering chefs new possibilities for presentation and enhancing the overall dining experience.
The small podium and pebble bowls are designed to stack, allowing chefs to create layered presentations that turn each dish into a moment of discovery. After enjoying the first bite served on the top podium, guests uncover two additional surprises beneath, creating a sense of progression throughout the tasting experience.

Organic and elegant, the Isola line reflects a blend of global influences. The contemporary collection works on its own or alongside other ranges, inviting culinary teams to experiment with both plating and pairing.
Its versatility meets the demands of international cuisine, from carefully curated tasting menus to the aesthetic delicacy of sushi, sashimi and tempura, as well informal tapas-style dining.
