Château de Versailles Airelles Le Grand Contrôle opens casual restaurant by Alain Ducasse

Château de Versailles’ Airelles Le Grand Contrôle has announced the launch of Le Pavillon des Jardiniers, a newly restored wing at the property, which includes a casual restaurant concept by Alain Ducasse, La Table des Jardiniers.

Open each evening to both hotel and external guests, La Table des Jardiniers offers a relaxed, convivial take on French classics, revealing a more approachable side of Ducasse’s cuisine beyond his Michelin-starred gastronomy.

Overlooking the peaceful gardens, the dining room is designed around the joy of sharing food at the table.

The menu features generous, comforting dishes intended for sharing, drawing inspiration from the château’s history and traditions: from pot-au-feu and blanquette de veau to onion soup and mimosa eggs. Desserts include classics such as chocolate mousse and delicate îles flottantes.
