Palladium Hotel Group’s latest Ibiza project, Bless Ibiza The Site, part of Bless Collection Hotels, is set to be home to one of the island’s most expansive gastronomic offerings.

Opening in Playa d’en Bossa in June, the hotel will feature interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, an exclusive wellness centre, and a series of culinary venues courtesy of Spain’s most internationally renowned chefs.

Three-Michelin-starred Dabiz Muñoz brings his StreetXO concept to the island, serving haute street food in a high-octane, Cirque du Soleil-style dining experience. Meanwhile, Chef Dani García will host his Leña concept, a high-end steakhouse that emphasises wood-fired cooking, and Paco Rancero continues with Sublimotion, famously the most expensive restaurant in the world.

Other restaurants at the Ibiza hotel include Coya and Tatel Ibiza.
