Treehouse Hotel Manchester unveils rooftop restaurant and bar
Treehouse Hotel Manchester, part of Starwood Hotels, has unveiled its new rooftop restaurant and bar ahead of a summer opening.
Designed to reflect the city’s independent spirit, the 14th-floor space brings together rooftop dining, late-night drinks and curated cultural programming, all set against panoramic skyline views and underpinned by Treehouse’s signature nostalgic, design-led aesthetic.
At the very top of the hotel, The Hideout debuts as an intimate rooftop lounge and event space, created for private gatherings and unexpected cultural moments under the stars, alongside surprise performances from Manchester’s creative community.

Meanwhile, The Nest offers a vibrant rooftop bar with city views and an energetic atmosphere for late-night drinks, celebrations and social occasions. It has been curated by hospitality figures Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, known for local institutions Electric Chair, Volta and Freight Island.
The new additions also include Sistermoon by Sam Grainger, Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford; a Southeast Asian BBQ concept rooted in authentic Thai cuisine, inspired by Grainger’s time cooking with a local family in Thailand.
