La Petite Maison announces summer pop-up at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel

La Petite Maison (LPM), the internationally celebrated French Riviera-inspired restaurant, is set to bring its signature joie de vivre to Thailand this summer with a special two-month pop-up at the iconic Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Running throughout June and July 2026, the limited-time residency will offer Bangkok diners an opportunity to experience the flavours and glamour of the Côte d’Azur.

Exclusively for Bangkok, Executive Chef Maurizio Pace will unveil a special signature dish created uniquely for the pop-up: lobster risotto with thai basil – a dish conceived as LPM’s culinary bridge between Thailand and Nice. Inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Bangkok, Chef Maurizo has woven the distinctive fragrance of Thai basil and the brightness of kaffir lime into the creamy elegance of a classic lobster risotto, creating a dish that is at once rooted in French Riviera tradition and unmistakably of its host city.

Guests at Anantara Siam Bangkok will also be able to sample LPM’s much-loved classics, which are designed for sharing family-style. Signature dishes such as warm prawns with olive oil and lemon juice, snails with garlic butter and parsley, salt-baked sea bass, and marinated lamb cutlets with olive and aubergine caviar. With the venue’s much-loved vanilla crème brûlée available for dessert.

The Bangkok pop-up will also mark a highlight in LPM’s annual calendar: Rosé Week, which will be celebrated during the residency in June. Rosé is fundamental pillar of LPM’s identity – the restaurant lists rosé wines before champagne, white and red on its menu, and is widely regarded as a world leader in the category. Each June, LPM locations across the globe mark the season with a dedicated celebration of the ultimate expression of Riviera summer: rosé. Bangkok will join that global toast for the first time, bringing the spirit of a Provence afternoon to the heart of Thailand.

“We are very excited to bring La Petite Maison to Bangkok for the first time through this pop-up at Anantara Siam,” says Nicolas Budzynksi, CEO of LPM Holdings. “For nearly two decades, we have welcomed guests from Thailand across our restaurants in London, Dubai, Hong Kong and beyond, so it feels particularly meaningful to now be part of such a dynamic and internationally respected culinary destination. Bangkok is a city we have long admired for its energy, talent, and exceptional food culture. Our partnership with Anantara Hotels and The Minor Group makes this moment even more special, as we have shared strong relationships for many years and have been waiting for the right opportunity to collaborate here. This pop-up is an exciting first step, and we look forward to what the future may bring.”

The LPM pop-up will be located in the space that is home to the hotel’s acclaimed Biscotti restaurant, and arrives at a significant moment for Anantara Siam Bangkok, as the hotel nears the culmination of a landmark USD 50 million renovation – cementing its place as one of the Thai capital’s most prestigious luxury addresses.
