Minos Beach Art Hotel unveils 2026 guest chef residencies
Crete’s Minos Beach Art Hotel has unveiled a new series of European guest chef residencies for 2026.
The resort will welcome a selection of acclaimed chefs from across Europe to its fine-dining restaurant, La Bouillabaisse. Bespoke set menus will be created in collaboration with each guest chef and the hotel’s culinary team, including resident chefs Poppy Kourkoutaki and Stathis Pantemarakis.
The events aim to celebrate contemporary fine dining through diverse culinary identities, connecting international gastronomy with the character of Crete and the identity of Minos Beach Art Hotel.
The current lineup includes Sven Elverfeld of the three-Michelin-starred Aqua Restaurant in Wolfsburg, Germany. Widely regarded as one of Germany’s most influential chefs, Elverfeld began his career at La Bouillabaisse at Minos Beach Art Hotel. He has since become known for a highly personal culinary style that combines technical precision, simplicity, refinement and creative depth.
