Sandals Resorts refreshes F&B across three Jamaican properties
Sandals Resorts will introduce a selection of refreshed food and beverage concepts across Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay and Sandals South Coast as part of the company’s US$200 million transformation of its three Jamaican resorts.
As part of the brand’s broader culinary evolution, the expanded portfolio places a renewed emphasis on local ingredients, island-inspired storytelling and immersive dining experiences designed to connect guests with the flavours and traditions of Jamaica.
Sandals Montego Bay
New additions at the flagship Sandals Montego Bay include the Blūm coffee shop, serving Jamaica’s famous Blue Mountain coffee in the resort lobby, alongside a brand-new lobby bar.

The new Bay Roc Rum Bar, part of Sandals’ growing rum bar collection, pays tribute to Bay Roc Hotel & Villas, the 1950s resort that later became Sandals Montego Bay. Celebrating Jamaican music from the 1950s to the 1970s, the space will feature murals by local artists, memorabilia, a curated vinyl collection and signature cocktails inspired by the era.
La Toc, Buccan, a family-style restaurant, will also make its Jamaica debut. Set on the waterfront, it takes guests on a culinary journey around Jamaica’s parishes, telling the island’s story through dishes inspired by local classics. Open-fire cooking, communal tables and bold flavours define the experience.
The new Parisol Beach Club will serve as the resort’s social hub, combining food, cocktails and beachfront lounging in one destination. Fresh seafood and wraparound ocean views set the tone at Scrimshaw. Elsewhere, Heart & Sol will offer fresh smoothies and crisp salads, while Tesoro will serve global flavours by day before transitioning to Italian cuisine in the evening. Returning favourites include Butch’s Island Chop House and Soy, known for its fresh sushi.

Sandals Caribbean Cay
At Sandals Caribbean Cay, formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean, a standout addition is Suppa, a homegrown supper-style restaurant inspired by the Jamaican tradition of gathering around the table for Sunday dinner. Designed to feel like a Jamaican home, the restaurant will serve a shared set menu featuring comforting yet creative dishes rooted in Jamaican flavours and culture.
The new Keynote Rum Bar will serve as the entrance to Suppa, welcoming guests into an intimate parlour-style setting before dinner. It will also offer Caribbean snacks and premium Caribbean rums.
The resort will also introduce The Strand, its signature beach grill concept, making its Jamaica debut with a pizza counter. Other new additions include Blūm, Heart & Sol and Tesoro, while guest favourites Bombay and The Cricketers Pub remain part of the lineup.
Sandals South Coast
New additions at Sandals South Coast include Blūm and Butch’s Island Chop House. Paired with a dedicated martini bar, the steakhouse serves premium cuts, fresh seafood and a lively atmosphere.
Returning concepts include Pan-Asian cuisine at Jasmine’s, fresh seafood at Schooners and Neptunes, beachfront sushi at Sushi on the Sand, global flavours at Bayside by day and a French brasserie by night, Italian classics at Giuseppe’s, island-style bites at Jerk Shack and comfort favourites from the Chick ‘N Dippers gourmet food truck.
Coming in early 2027, the B-Side Rum Bar will be a second-floor hidden gem inspired by the B-side of a vinyl record. It will offer an elevated lounge atmosphere with a menu of small plates, snacks and craft cocktails.
