7Pines Resort Ibiza has unveiled a new restaurant opening, Ikisaki. Inspired by Nikkei cuisine and the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavours, the launch anchors a wider culinary reinvention of the resort.
Meaning ‘destination’ in Japanese, Ikisaki invites guests on a culinary journey through two of the world’s most celebrated cuisines. Menus include vibrant ceviches, delicate tiraditos, expertly prepared sashimi and colourful signature cocktails in a celebration of contrast, creativity and craftsmanship. Balanced signature dishes to know include the feather-light beetroot bread and spicy tuna maki rolls.
Inodeq Garden is another new addition to the Ibiza resort’s culinary lineup. Designed for private events, the experience begins among the produce, where guests are invited to explore, smell and hand-pick sun-ripened vegetables at their peak, discovering ingredients in their purest form before selecting the elements that will shape their own bespoke menu. Chefs then prepare each dish over open flames, allowing every ingredient to express its natural character. The aromas of fresh herbs, wood smoke and sea air combine to create an experience connected to the landscape.
Meanwhile, Nela with Ôscar Salazar also returns for the 2026 season. A collaboration between the fire-led cooking techniques of acclaimed chefs Hari and Ori with the precision and Mediterranean sensibility of Óscar Salazar. Signature dishes include scallop with pumpkin, grapefruit and blood orange, and robata-grilled amberjack with confit Jerusalem artichoke and beurre blanc, showcasing a refined simplicity that allows exceptional ingredients to take centre stage. Accompanied by a carefully curated wine selection and panoramic Mediterranean views, Nela continues to showcase the beauty of seasonal produce, thoughtful preparation and the art of cooking over fire.
Finally, Cone Club has been renovated, and now features a more culinary-led approach.
