Paris comes to Mayfair this September as Bar Antoine at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane welcomes Le Syndicat for a one-night takeover.
A regular on The World’s 50 Best Bars extended list, Le Syndicat has built an international following for its French approach to cocktails, championing homegrown spirits and ingredients through unconventional serves.
For one night, Le Syndicat Founder Romain Le Mouëllic, Bar Director Svaja and Bartender Raf will join Bar Antoine Bar Manager Leon Gasco behind the bar for a six-cocktail menu bringing together two interpretations of contemporary French drinking culture.
Le Syndicat will serve three cocktails from its new Sang Neuf menu, meaning ‘new blood’, including the Meloné, which combines Hennessy VSOP with cantaloupe melon, Chardonnay, brown butter and absinthe.
Bar Antoine will respond with three serves from Gasco’s new Savoir-Boire menu, translating as ‘the art of drinking well’, which takes a contemporary approach to classic French flavours and ingredients. Among them will be the Cornichon Martini and Croissant Old Fashioned.
