Celebrating the arrival of autumn, Tivoli Marina Vilamoura on Portugal’s Algarve coast has unveiled its latest F&B offering – Glee, a chic and stylish café and patisserie located in the hotel’s lobby.
Boasting a fresh and modern design inspired by the pastel shades of macarons, Glee Boutique Café will serve a selection of artisan coffees and enticing pastries, presented on exquisite plates designed by Portuguese porcelain brand Vista Alegre, who have also supplied cups, saucers and teapots.
With more than 25 years of experience in the world of pastry and confectionery, the hotel’s Pastry Chef Patrício Mestre will oversee the new café, which will also serve an assortment of sweets including truffles, chocolate bonbons and pastel de natas – a classic Portuguese treat.
Alongside healthy options such as smoothies and mocktails, the chef and his team have created an exclusive collection of personalised products for guests to enjoy during their visit or as a holiday memento.
