Hotel chain citizenM has teamed up with Bombay Sapphire to launch a brand new summer cocktail menu, Gin & Tea, at its cloudM Tower of London property.
The menu, which will roll out on 11 June in honour of World Gin Day, features inventive and playful cocktails inspired by the British capital’s landmarks and fun-filled roster of summer events, taking in everything from the Chelsea Flower Show to Wimbledon.
Highlights from the exclusive cocktail menu include Wimbledon, a refreshing Pimms and Tea Syrup cocktail topped with a serve of sparkling tea that nods to the world-famous tennis tournament, as well as Q Gardens, a floral drink served with an edible flower that draws on one of London’s most beautiful green spaces. Chelsea Flower Show will be served warm in a glass teapot, while The London Eye, a bright blue concoction garnished with fluffy candy floss, is reminiscent of being sky high on the landmark observation wheel.
The patriotic menu will be available everyday throughout the summer until September, served up with views of the London skyline from the hotel’s wraparound double height terrace.
