Each space is characterised by a distinct concept, ranging from a modern restaurant specialising in Czech beer, and a fine-dining rooftop with breathtaking views of the city’s historic skyline. Each reflects a bold, contemporary take on Czech culinary heritage that’s been brought to life by top international chefs and design visionaries.

Here’s a rundown of what’s on offer:
Zlatá Praha
Celebrating Czech cuisine through a modern lens, Zlatá Praha is a rooftop fine-dining experience is led by Michelin-starred Chef Maroš Jambor, who has infused the menu with global influence. Guests are invited to try dishes such as cured arctic char with cucumber and a buttermilk-horseradish sauce; poached sturgeon with caramelised cream and fennel; and rabbit ballotine, bacon, morels, and carrot purée. These can be paired with curated wines and enjoyed amid golden-hued interiors, Hugo Demartini chandeliers, and breathtaking panoramic views.
Goldeneye
Channelling a 1970s cosmopolitan vibe, Goldeneye blends brass, gold, and mirrored finishes with rooftop glamour and vistas of the Vltava River. Blending Asian flavours with inspiring mixology, dishes include robata-grilled skewers, sushi and caviar, alongside signature cocktails, including the Bonsai, made with Becherovka Original, Thai basil, cucumber, and Veuve Clicquot Brut. An open sushi and robata counter, dual bar stations, and curated DJ nights all feature.
Kafka Brasserie
An art-inspired dining destination where modern hospitality meets timeless Czech elegance, Kafka Brasserie blends restored wooden coffered ceilings with stained glass, contemporary art, dramatic lighting, and a semi-open kitchen to create a glamorous yet welcoming atmosphere. The brasserie is renowned for its elevated breakfast, such as Czech hemenex with fried eggs, ham and spring onion.
Coocoo’s Nest
Combining modernist architectural elements with ambient lighting that highlights Czech craftsmanship, including a bold pill-shaped chandelier by BOMMA and Bohemian crystal details, Coocoo’s Nest serves all day breakfast, classic cocktails, afternoon tea, and bar bites in a warm, design-forward setting.
Tilia Garden
The menu at Tilia Garden focuses on energising, nutritionally balanced dishes, including smoothies, oat bowls, and plant-based plates crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Perfect for light lunches, early dinners, or wellness days.
Greenhouse
A modern gastro pub paying tribute to Czech beer culture, Greenhouse is set against sweeping views of the Vltava River and Prague’s skyline. Fusing traditional hospitality with contemporary design, the restaurant features an open Josper grill kitchen, copper-plated bar, and a lush terrace overlooking Prague Castle. Chef de Cuisine Alexandr Vraný brings global expertise to a diverse all-day menu that highlights wood-fired meats, Czech classics, and a variety of vegan options that all perfectly pair with tank-fresh Pilsner, curated local brews and craft cocktails.
