EquipHotel unveils 2026 highlights including Paris Society bar
Ahead of its 2026 edition, taking place from 2-5 November at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, EquipHotel is unveiling the highlights that will set the tone for this year’s show, held under the theme of Plural Hospitality.
There is a new Exclusive Collection space, developed in partnership with Réseau Excellence des Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) and l’Ameublement Français. It will host the exhibition Do Not Disturb, Éloge de l’Intime, entrusted to four creative talents with a deep sensitivity to French craftsmanship, while also shining a light on a selection of exhibitors redefining the codes of premium hospitality.
At a time when atmospheres are becoming increasingly uniform and décors ever more standardised, high-end hospitality is drawing inspiration from craftsmanship, bespoke work, limited editions, one-off pieces and rare materials. A form of artisanal excellence, often local, that gives a venue its singular identity, enhances its value and anchors its story.
The new Exclusive Collection by EquipHotel space invites visitors into an immersive encounter with expertise, creators, manufacturers and suppliers, all markers of differentiation working in the service of exceptional hospitality. Across nearly 1,000 sqm, a highly curated selection of exhibitors embodies a premium hospitality that reinvents the codes of luxury while echoing EquipHotel’s spirit of discovery and innovation.
These exhibitors come from the Réseau Excellence EPV Contract, which brings together companies awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, and from l’Ameublement Français, the professional organisation representing furniture manufacturers and interior space design specialists. These two organisations have recently formed an alliance to promote French expertise, and it is notably through EquipHotel that this new partnership is taking shape.
Meanwhile, Poids-Plume by Wilmotte by W&I Design Studio and Jean-Michel Wilmotte explores the boundary between substance and lightness, between raw presence and a sense of suspension. The artisanal gesture shapes vibrant materials – glass, ceramic and feather – within a monochrome scenography where light, fragrance, sound and textures invite visitors to slow down. An imaginary, dreamlike world in which material becomes emotion.
Elsewhere, Paris Society Consulting and Saguez & Dash have conceived L’Atelier Rouge, a bar that tells a story and immerses visitors in a universe built around one conviction: a drink is best experienced when it is fully understood. The bar opens itself up, makes itself visible, explains and shares – all the better to surprise.
The experience unfolds in three stages: a sensory corridor, a laboratory open to gestures and techniques, and a dimly lit bar where the drink fully comes into its own. Transparency lies at the heart of the project: understanding what one consumes, gaining access to expertise, and leaving with the desire to recreate and explore.
