Just because hotels have temporarily closed their doors, doesn’t mean guests can’t bring the magic of the bars into their own homes. Institutions across the globe have united in sharing the recipes for some of their best concoctions so that the public can keep on sipping.

7Pines Kempinski Ibiza’s Es Vedrà cocktail

Transporting you to the Mediterranean seaside, Es Vedrà is the signature cocktail from 7Pines Kempinski Ibiza’s Pershing Yacht Terrace bar.

Ingredients:

50ml of gin (infused with lemongrass if possible), 25ml of lemon juice, 15ml of almond syrup, salty water, dried lemon and raspberries.

Method:

Shake all the liquids together, strain them and serve in a Martini glass. Garnish with dried lemon and raspberries.

The Dylan Amsterdam’s signature Dylan Thomas cocktail

Usually served in the stylish Bar Brasserie OCCO at The Dylan Amsterdam, Dylan Thomas is a warming cocktail.

Ingredients:

30ml of Singleton whisky, 30ml of Grand Marnier, 30ml of Manz Spätburgunder, 10ml of Monin vanilla syrup, one sugar cube with chocolate bitters and a dash of chocolate alcohol.

Method:

Wet-shake the Singleton, Grand Marnier, Spätburgunder and vanilla syrup and fine-strain the liquid into a cognac glass. Place a sugar cube on a spoon and soak in chocolate bitters, pour over the chocolate alcohol and burn until the sugar cube caramelises. Finish off by stirring the caramelised sugar into the glass.

Royal Mansour Marrakech’s Virgin Mojito 

For a zero-alcohol tipple, try your hand at Royal Mansour Marrakech’s Virgin Mojito.

Ingredients:

Three scoops of lemon sorbet, six fresh mint leaves, 60ml of lemon juice and the zest of one lemon.

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Four Seasons Hotel Doha’s Nobu Lychee Martini

Served at Nobu Doha, situated in Four Seasons Hotel Doha, the Lychee Martini is a favourite amongst guests.

Ingredients:

50ml of vodka, 90ml of lychee purée and 10ml of elderflower syrup.

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve in a Martini glass.

Designed to lighten up the mood and tingle the palate, the Tropic Moments cocktail served in Charles H at Four Seasons hotel Seoul is the perfect summertime refreshment.

Ingredients:

Champagne, pineapple rum, melon, clarified banana milk and coconut foam.
