Pollen Projects, a new venture studio dedicated to creating non-alcoholic drinks, has launched Seasn, a pair of zero alcohol cocktail bitters designed to be the ‘salt and pepper’ of drinks.
Ben Branson, founder of Seasn as well as the world’s first non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip, has spent the past six years experimenting with over 80 herbs and spices to create two intense flavourful liquids ideal for seasoning alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or even sparkling water.
Seasn Light is green, zesty and super bright to complement lighter drinks such as soda, G&Ts, martinis and margaritas. Seasn Dark meanwhile is aromatic and full-on spice to add dept to darker drinks including ginger ale, whisky soda, rum and cola, or an old fashioned.
Made with all natural ingredients, Seasn is vegan, sugar-free and allergen-free. With three dashes recommended per serving, each bottle produces 50 drinks.
