Spotlight: Pour-Over by Modbar
Modbar has introduced a new Pour-Over system that combines precision brewing with an open, customer-facing design.
The in-counter format is designed to enhance café workflow and encourage customer interaction, while precise temperature control, adjustable shower patterns and programmable beverage volumes allow for efficient brewing.
In line with Modbar’s modular approach, the new system can be configured to suit individual layouts, integrating seamlessly with the rest of the Modbar lineup.
Technical improvements include a flow-through heating system in each tap to maintain temperature consistency, and an external pump to ensure consistent flow and volume from one beverage to the next.
Modbar’s portfolio aims to reimagine the coffee experience by placing core components beneath the counter, freeing up space and creating a more open service environment. The range includes espresso, steam, pour-over and tea modules designed for professional hospitality settings.
