7Pines Resort Ibiza reveals new summer dining concepts

Gastronomy takes centre stage at 7Pines Resort Ibiza this summer, with a series of new dining venues including Ikisaki, a Nikkei-inspired concept, and Nela with Óscar Salazar, a celebration of flame-based cooking.

Ikisaki, meaning ‘destination’ in Japenese, combines Japanese and Peruvian flavours, inviting guests on a journey shaped by contrast and colour. Think vibrant ceviches, delicate tiraditos and sashimi and expertly crafted cocktails, all enjoyed with panoramic views of Ibiza’s iconic sunset.

Meanwhile, Nela with Óscar Salazar launches after a successful pop-up last summer. Created in collaboration with Hari and Ori of the acclaimed Nela restaurant and Mediterranean chef Óscar Salazar, the concept centres on fire in its purest form.

Cooking over glowing embers, the menu is stripped back yet expressive, allowing exceptional ingredients to speak with clarity. Premium meats, fresh seafood and seasonal produce are handled with restraint, then paired with a hand-curated selection of wines.

Also new for summer, The Lobby bar has been reimagined as the Taittinger Champagne Bar, offering an elevated and intimate extension of the resort’s culinary experience. Overlooking the Mediterranean with uninterrupted views towards Es Vedrà, the bar serves a curated selection of exceptional champagnes, paired with oysters and caviar, creating an experience that feels both indulgent and relaxed.
