Casa Baglioni has launched Casa Baglioni Rooftop by Sadler, a new rooftop destination in Milan’s Brera district.
Rooftop by Sadler has been designed by Paola Lenti, bringing together bespoke lounge chairs and sofas, stainless steel side tables and modular rugs loom woven with Twitape technical yarn.
Food and beverage is courtesy of Michelin-starred Chef Claudio Sadler, served up alongside panoramic views of Milan. An array of cocktails, aperitivo specials and Italian finger food is on the menu, including a fresh take on the Milano-Torino that uses saffron-infused ice.
The rooftop’s signature dish is “Riso alla milanese da passeggio con maionese al Grana Padano 24 mesi Riserva”, which will showcase Milanese-style rice sticks alongside 24 month Grana Padano mayonnaise.
