Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is returning to Matsuhisa Limassol, Amara, for a three-day culinary showcase this summer.
Taking place from 20 to 22 June, the exclusive event invites guests to indulge in Nobu’s signature blend of traditional Japanese techniques and bold Peruvian flavours, served against Amara’s stunning Mediterranean backdrop.
Centred around a bespoke dining experience that features some of Chef Nobu’s most well-known dishes, as well as a special omakase menu created especially for the event, each course is paired with handcrafted cocktails and premium sake. Beyond the plate, the event offers the chance to meet Chef Nobu in person, hear firsthand about his culinary philosophy, and witness the precision and passion that have made his name synonymous with excellence worldwide.
