Chiva-Som Hua Hin collaborates with Bo.lan on wellness dinner series

Chiva-Som Hua Hin brings its 2026 wellness concept to life through a culinary collaboration with Bo.lan, a fine-dining Thai restaurant that’s inspired by the principles of Traditional Thai Medicine (TTM) and its enduring connection to Thailand’s cultural and healing heritage.

Taking place on 7 and 8 August 2026, the collaboration brings together Chef Sinchai Srivipa, Executive Chef of Chiva-Som Hua Hin alongside Duangporn ‘Bo’ Songvisava and Dylan Jones, founders of Bo.lan, to present two distinct dining experiences inspired by the Four Elements (Dhatu) – fire, wind, water and earth. On 7 August, guests will enjoy a six-course dinner menu showcasing the chefs’ shared interpretation of elemental balance through Thai cuisine, followed by a live-station lunch experience on 8 August highlighting seasonal Thai ingredients and traditional culinary wisdom.

Rooted in the belief that food is medicine, the collaboration reflects Chiva-Som Hua Hin’s integrative wellness approach, where nourishment extends beyond nutrition to support balance across body, mind and emotional wellbeing. Guided by the Four Elements, the menu draws on Thai herbs and ingredients valued in traditional practice for their restorative properties.
Bringing together Chiva-Som Hua Hin’s evidence-based wellness philosophy and Bo.lan’s celebrated ‘mindful gastronomy’ approach, the experience reflects a long-standing shared belief in the connection between wellness and sustainability, with both partners championing mindful practices that benefit communities and the planet. Chiva-Som’s commitment to sustainable wellness is complemented by Bo.lan’s preservation of Thailand’s culinary heritage through responsible sourcing and pioneering zero-carbon initiatives, creating a collaboration rooted in purpose and flavour.

“At Chiva-Som, we see cuisine as an extension of wellbeing,” says Chef Sinchai Srivipa, Executive Chef of Chiva-Som Hua Hin. “Through this collaboration with Bo.lan, we can explore the healing traditions in a new and meaningful way — through flavour, storytelling and nourishment guided by Traditional Thai Medicine principles. It is an opportunity for guests to experience how wellness can be expressed not only through therapies and treatments, but also through exceptional cuisine.”
