Cimbali Group launches LaCimbali Supera at HostMilano 2025
Cimbali Group returned to HostMilano 2025 with a renewed strategic vision aimed at strengthening customer relationships, enhancing its segment-based approach and unveiling major product innovations.
The group is restructuring its sales division into four regions, Italy, Europe, the Americas and Asia, and creating a new Quality & Service division. This evolution marks a decisive shift toward a service-driven business model, enabling faster response times, higher quality standards, and closer alignment with customer needs.
Cimbali Group positions itself as a trusted partner for the horeca industry, delivering tailored solutions for independent cafés, hotel groups, quick-service restaurants and international chains. Beyond its products, the group offers comprehensive after-sales service and end-to-end support.
With its portfolio of brands, LaCimbali, Faema, Casadio and Slayer, the company addresses the full spectrum of hospitality requirements.
At the heart of this year’s showcase was LaCimbali Supera, a new modular platform designed to redefine flexibility, automation and in-cup quality. Building on over a century of espresso machine expertise, LaCimbali applies its heritage of technological innovation to the fully automatic segment. The Supera debuted in two versions, Senso and Dolcevita, designed to adapt to different operational needs.
Another highlight was the renewed LaCimbali M40, which integrates advanced energy-saving technologies and next-generation thermal systems. The platform offers temperature stability, powerful steam performance and faster heat-up times, while cutting energy consumption by up to 50% in ready-to-use mode. Smart features such as the Perfect Grinding System and Barista Drive System further enhance consistency and workflow.
Cimbali Group’s innovation goes beyond its machines. With TechMate AI, an intelligent assistant integrated into the Square portal, the company is transforming technical support. This digital platform helps address technician turnover and machine complexity by offering real-time, natural-language guidance, complete with videos, diagrams, and best practices.
The MUMAC Academy, Cimbali Group’s coffee machine academy, also played a prominent role at HostMilano, hosting workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and expert talks on technology and emerging coffee trends. Alongside it, the Coffee Machine Museum celebrated more than a century of coffee culture with the launch of Faema 80×80, a commemorative book marking the brand’s 80th anniversary.
