Como The Halkin launches weekend brunch
Como The Halkin in London has launched a new weekend brunch.
The menu has been designed in the spirit of Como Hotels and Resorts broader culinary philosophy: seasonal, sustainably sourced food built on close relationships with small-scale farmers and fishermen across the UK.
Guests begin in The Halkin Bar with lighter starters. Options include a seasonal fruit salad dressed with yuzu, chia pudding with coconut, rhubarb and berries or an açaí bowl. From there, the menu moves into a selection of eggs and classic dishes. These include eggs Benedict on a homemade English muffin, lobster Benedict for those who want something more indulgent, shakshuka with whipped feta and truffle scrambled eggs on brioche.
The offering then transitions into signature dishes that reflect the kitchen’s wider ambition. These include a double Wagyu beef smash burger topped with Spanish ham, cheese and a hash brown, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles with maple syrup and steak and eggs with chimichurri. To finish, guests can choose brioche French toast or buttermilk pancakes with Chantilly cream.
Drinks include cold-pressed juices such as Blood Builder with carrot, beetroot, turmeric and ginger, and Lean and Clean Greens with apple, celery, fennel and spinach. There is also freshly brewed coffee, an extensive Jing Tea selection and a range of brunch cocktails including the Halkin Mimosa, a yuzu Bellini and the house Bloody Mary.

For those who want a more celebratory option, free-flowing Crémant is available for two hours from the time of ordering.
