Elounda Collection partners with leading nutritionist Emily English
Elounda Collection, three beachfront properties forming a luxury resort in Crete, has partnered with leading nutritionist Emily English on an exclusive menu at Elies Beach House.
For the 2025 season, English brings ‘Food You Want to Eat, Designed by a Nutritionist’ to the Greek island, offering a dining experience where flavour and nourishment go hand in hand.
Her signature culinary approach caters to various preferences, including families, those seeking ‘superfood’ options and following vegan and vegetarian diets, all while retaining the authentic Greek elements usually found at Elies Beach House.
The menu will include a selection of Wellness Bowls, such as The Protein Power Bowl, The Glow Bowl and The Greek Bowl. English has also created her own Nutritionist’s Club, a sandwich filled with grilled chicken souvlaki, organic eggs and avocado mayo.
Other highlights include Slow Roasted Tomato Saganaki Orzo, Seared Tuna Romesco, Superfood Nachos and Grilled Fish Tacos. For children, options include Wholegrain Breaded Chicken Nuggets, Hidden Vegetable Penne Pasta and Breaded Fish Goujons.
“My goal was to create a menu full of food you want to eat but designed by a nutritionist. Dishes that are exciting, satisfying, and full of flavour while leaving you feeling amazing somewhere amazing,” she comments. “Some of my favourites include The Nutritionist’s Club my take on the holiday staple, the club sandwich, my signature wellness bowls and Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream Sundaes.
“This menu aims to show that great food can be both delicious and nourishing. Whether you’re enjoying a long lunch by the sea or a sunset dinner, its food that makes you feel your best.”
“At our hotels, we aim to offer a 360-degree experience, and our partnership with Emily English at Elies Beach House reflects that vision,” concludes Ilias Kokotos, Business Development Director at Elounda Collection. “Her forward-thinking menu provides guests with a creative, healthy dining option that enhances their stay.”
