Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre marks festive season

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre is marking the festive season with winter-themed offerings as the city prepares for the arrival of snow, Christmas and the New Year.

On the 10th floor, The Lounge has introduced a Christmas afternoon tea stand inspired by the Jiangnan craft of the traditional oil paper umbrella. Shaped like a Christmas tree and presented in winter white and red, the Canopy Reverie Festive Afternoon Tea combines seasonal touches with a contemporary look.

The menu features four savoury bites built around winter ingredients and five desserts created by Executive Pastry Chef Marc Pu. These include a St Honoré, a chocolate cake with mulled wine pear, a cherry and pistachio dessert and a pairing of white coffee and raspberry. The selection focuses on gentle flavours and textures suited to the season.

Barista Kiki has also developed a festival themed signature coffee to accompany the set.
