Hilton Cancun introduces Amai Beach Club
Hilton Cancun has introduced Amai Beach Club, a new adults-only venue set against the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Designed with a palette inspired by the surrounding coastline, the space incorporates soft seafoam greens, aqua blues, terracotta and muted corals to reflect its natural setting.
The design is complemented by hand-illustrated chinaware, artisanal serving trays and aqua-toned décor, with artwork created by local artists.
At its centre is a 360-degree bar offering views of the ocean and nearby mangroves, creating a focal point within the space. With flexible layouts and a capacity of up to 130 guests, Amai Beach Club is suited to a variety of functions and events.
The culinary programme is led by Executive Chef Ruben Ruelas, who has over 20 years of industry experience. The menu takes inspiration from the flavours of the Yucatán Peninsula, and dishes include charred octopus, habanero spicy tuna, carnitas de lechón and rib eye al carbón, as well as seasonal options such as mahi brochette.
“Our menu reflects both tradition and innovation, allowing every guest to embark on a personalised culinary adventure,” explains Ruelas. “With twelve distinct dining concepts at the resort, we wanted a menu that highlights Hilton Cancun’s versatility and delivers a highly customisable culinary experience.”
“Amai Beach Club is more than an adults-only venue,” says Felix Schlokat, General Manager. “It’s an experience designed to celebrate connection and relaxation. We wanted to create a space that seamlessly blends the beauty of the Caribbean with a sophisticated Mediterranean-Mexican ambiance, offering our guests another way to discover their own version of paradise.”
