Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s, New York has launched its new rooftop hideaway, designed by Martin Brudnizki, just in time for Summer.

Le Vaux is an open air rooftop space inspired by the French gardens of Vaux-Le-Vicomte and Versailles. An unmistakably French palette of lavender and green hues has been chosen by Brudnizki as the backdrop for the space’s food and beverage offerings.

At Le Vaux, guests are able to choose from a range of sophisticated skewers, including lobster asparagus, wagyu beef shishito pepper and chicken scallion, as well as a cocktail menu that spans from Lychee Rose to Gardena Beach, a concoction of spicy shiso-mango salsa, Vida Mezcal and lime juice, with a Shichimi Togarashi salt rim.

The new rooftop space adds to the already expansive F&B offerings at Hotel Barrière Fouquet’s, New York, including Brasserie Fouquet’s, Par Ici Café and Titsou.
