Sanderson London, a Morgans Originals hotel, has announced a culinary collaboration with Hotori, the UK capital’s yakitori destination.

Taking up a residency at The Restaurant at Sanderson, Hotori presents its signature Japanese grill and refined small plates every Friday and Saturday until the end of April, offering hotel guests and London food lovers the opportunity to experience authentic yakitori.

Bringing its precision-driven approach to Japanese grilling into the chic, design-led setting of Sanderson’s all-day dining space, and renowned for its expertly crafted yakitori skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal, Hotori places emphasis on balance, restraint and refined technique.

A curated menu featuring Hotori’s signature yakitori, showcasing a precise approach to Japanese grilling using expertly prepared cuts, will sit alongside elegant small plates, sashimi and crudos. Each dish is crafted with meticulous attention to flavour and presentation, with premium ingredients such as A4 Wagyu and Lobster Yuzu-Kimizu.
