Counter Culture at Pavyllon London

Jason Atherton joins Yannick Alléno for final night of Counter Culture

Counter Culture, the chef collaboration series that’s taken place at Pavyllon London within Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane throughout 2026, comes to a close on 26 October, with Jason Atherton confirmed to join Yannick Alléno for the final edition.

Alléno’s signature French precision and technical mastery will meet Atherton’s distinctly British approach to fine dining across six courses, with each chef showcasing a shared passion for the bold, complex flavours and diverse ingredients of Asia. The menu will showcase standout dishes including Alléno’s king crab leg with farmhouse cream and nori broth, and Atherton’s A5 Kagoshima Wagyu beef with preserved truffle sauce.

Alléno is the world’s most Michelin-decorated chef, with a total of 18 to his name, while Atherton helms ROW on 5, one of London’s most talked-about restaurants and recipient of two Michelin stars earlier this year.

Set within the elegant surroundings of Pavyllon London, the open counter spanning the length of the restaurant gives diners a front-row view of the precision and theatre of the chefs at work, with the rare opportunity to engage with and meet the two culinary icons as they cook in full view of the restaurant.
