Jumeirah Carlton Tower launches limited-time dining residency
Jumeirah Carlton Tower is launching a limited-time dining residency designed to unite two destinations and their unique culinary cultures.
Helmed by Salvatore Elefante, Executive Chef at L’Olivo and Chef Andre Migliaccio, Culinary Executive Director at Jumeirah, ‘A Taste of Capri’ is a five-course tasting menu available from 6 February to 8 March.
Inviting guests on a journey through the flavours and traditions associated with Capri, the menu features finest ingredients sourced from Italy, including L’Oro di Capri olive oil and sun-ripened lemons, while the chocolate cream profiteroles for dessert are made with pistachio taken from L’Olivo Capri’s dessert menu, created by the world-renowned pastry chef, Pierre Hermé.
The wine pairing is also integral to the experience. Curated alongside Hedonism Wines and Laurent-Perrier Champagne, ‘A Taste of Capri’ presents a selection of fine wines including Domaine de Trévallon, renowned for its deeply personal vision of Provencal winemaking and often described as a ‘wine of artists’, to Laurent-Perrier’s Grand Siècle, a prestige cuvée blended from three outstanding vintages to recreate the perfect year.
Located in Knightsbridge in London, Jumeirah Carlton Tower overlooks Sloane Street and Cadogan Gardens.
