Le Grand Mazarin creates new menus for autumn

Le Grand Mazarin, Maisons Pariente’s inaugural Parisian address, has introduced new menus for the autumn season.

At Boubalé, the hotel’s signature restaurant, Mediterranean flavours take centre stage, drawing inspiration from the Levant – the historical crossroads of Europe and the Middle East.

The new brunch offering, curated by Chef Nathan Kessous, highlights the warmth and diversity of the region’s cuisine. Dishes include shakshuka and gluten-free pancakes with Greek yoghurt, strawberries, verbena, pistachio and rose. Kessous also serves avocado toast on grilled pita bread with marinated mackerel, pickled red onions, pomegranate and fresh herbs.

Adding to the interactive nature of the brunch experience, guests can now craft their own DIY Bloody Marys, using a house-made spiced base and a selection of inventive garnishes.

The bar team at Le Grand Mazarin has also launched a new cocktail menu, inspired by the legendary tale of One Thousand and One Nights.

Highlights include the 69th Night – a frozen tequila cocktail with blackcurrant and Black Crimea tomato – and the 228th Night, a rich blend of smoked apricot, myrrh, bourbon and ghee. To complement the updated offering, Le Petit Bazar, the hotel’s basement bar, now hosts a curated series of DJ sets every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
