Building on its successful launch last year on the shores of Lake Como, Sereno Hotels has teamed up with Italian fashion label Larusmiani, to offer its Le Sereno x Larusmiani picnic hamper experience at its St. Barth’s property.
Created by the Le Sereno’s award-winning culinary team, the luxurious picnic hamper will be served on a remote beach with a personal butler on hand to ensure every whim is catered for.
The menu, designed by Executive Chef Raffale Lenzi, includes a selection of cold Mediterranean-style dishes, from Apulian burrata with marinated eggplants to a brown rice salad with crunchy vegetables. The lobster or cold guitar spaghetti with tomato and basil is also highly recommended.
Each of the dishes is served on painted porcelain and is accompanied by Bollinger Special Cuvée champagne, Rosé Love Léoube of Château Léoube, plus natural or sparkling water.
