The renowned chef will bring his refined flavours to the D Maris Kitchen – located at Bay Beach, the longest beach of D Maris Bay – with menus consisting of authentic dishes, cooked with his unique techniques and paired with a fine wine selection while lively Mediterranean rhythms accompany guests’ culinary experience.

The lunch menu includes dishes such as tuna tartare with mozzarella cream, homemade gnocchi with mussels and linguine with clams. Meanwhile, the dinner service features delicacies such as watermelon carpaccio and leer fish marinated in tomato juice.
