A bold new dining and nightlife destination has arrived on the Strip, with Vinyl Room Las Vegas opening on the 63rd floor of Mandalay Bay. The venue pairs Asian-inspired dining built around shareable plates with music-inspired cocktails.
The menu features standout dishes including crab head dumplings, lobster salad, Wagyu steak donabe, a 32oz tomahawk steak, sushi tots, chilli crunch chicken wings and taiyaki, a Japanese-style pastry filled with strawberry jam, hazelnut chocolate and cookie butter, served with chocolate sauce and passion fruit bavarois.
The cocktail programme is equally theatrical, with craft cocktails created by expert mixologists including tableside presentations such as the Audiophile Flask, poured from a vinyl-record flask in a cloud of smoke, and the Neon Koyo, a shareable punch served from a glass pitcher for the table.
Inspired by 1970s Japanese hi-fi listening lounges, Vinyl Room blends F&B with immersive music programming. Guests can expect to stop in for happy hour before a night out at House of Blues Las Vegas, stay for dinner or settle in for late-night listening.
