Method Co designs rooftop bar at The Nickel in Charleston

Method Co is set to unveil its latest design project, Rosemary Rose, a rooftop bar debuting at The Nickel in Charleston.

Located on King Street, Rosemary Rose offers sweeping views of the city alongside French Riviera-inspired cocktails and shareable plates.

Led by Bradlee Bartram, Method’s President of Food & Beverage, the drinks line-up includes Let It Loose, a refreshing, cucumber twist on the margarita, and Cheeky & Chic, a take on the French 75 featuring grapefruit and vodka. Light bites such as snapper crudo, shrimp remoulade, crispy stuffed zucchini blossoms and tuna carpaccio round out the F&B offering.

Designed under the creative direction of Method’s Daniel Olsovsky, with architecture by MA, Rosemary Rose aims to embody the allure of locations like Saint-Tropez, Cap d’Antibes and Paris.

Interior details include vaulted ceilings, reclaimed hardwood floors, custom Casamidy furniture, a black walnut bar and locally sourced décor. Framed by 360° views, French doors open onto a rooftop of olive trees, lanterns and a central fountain.
