Michelin-starred chefs descend on the Algarve for Pine Cliffs’ Chef’s Table

Pine Cliffs, a Luxury Collection Resort in the Algarve, welcomes back its Chef’s Table series, returning for a fifth edition of intimate, high-end dining experiences throughout April and May.

Bringing together three of Portugal’s most respected chefs, the series celebrates creativity, seasonality and local tradition through thoughtfully curated menus that showcase the region’s finest ingredients and bold flavours. This year’s line-up features Michelin-starred chefs Alexandre Silva, Rodolfo Lavrador and Arnaldo Azevedo, each reinterpreting traditional Portuguese dishes with a contemporary edge.

Silva, owner of Michelin-starred Loco and Fogo, will open the summer edition with his bold and inventive approach. Lavrador, Executive Chef of Cura, follows with refined, contemporary dishes that honour tradition while exploring new expressions. The series concludes with Azevedo of Vila Foz Hotel & Spa, showcasing his mastery of flavour, technique and innovation.

To extend the experience, guests can also enjoy each chef’s signature dish the following day, presented by the host chef at O Pescador Restaurant.
