Moar Gut Family Nature Resort reopens with intimate four-table restaurant

Following an extensive refurbishment, Moar Gut Family Nature Resort in Austria has reopened its doors, marking a new chapter in its culinary journey.

At the heart of the transformation is Ferdinand, an intimate new restaurant inspired by Grandpa Ferdinand, the family patriarch whose original dining room once occupied the same space where the restaurant now stands.

Reflecting the values of the four-generation Kendlbacher family, Ferdinand celebrates authentic Austrian cuisine, regional ingredients and the traditions that have shaped Moar Gut for decades.

With just four tables, the adults-only restaurant offers a highly personal dining experience where attentive hospitality, heritage and outstanding gastronomy take centre stage.

Named after a man whose passion for farming, hunting and local produce continues to influence the resort today, Ferdinand provides a meaningful connection to Moar Gut’s roots while delivering a refined culinary experience for a new generation.
